So far so good...

What I've done so far...
1. Kept my exercise regime up...
2. Starting keeping in touch with some of my long lost friends...
3. Attempting to learn Japanese...

Haven't gotten to learning something new... or have I? :)

Self Improvement 2016

I know its abit late to create a new year's resolution list but I guess its better late than never right? So this year in 2016, I will attempt to:
  1. keep in touch with an old friend each week on FB, one that I've rarely keep in touch with and one I can meaningfully reconnect.
  2. For 1 hour per night, learn a new skill (idea courtesy of Jack Ma), can be ongoing or one new skill per night... any skill.
  3. Learn, and maybe master, a new language (thinking about starting with Japanese)
  4. Reduce my weight 1 kg at a time (4 down, hopefully 5 more to go, at least!).
